Job description
- In charge/ responsible of issues concerning to Administrative sector.
In detail as following:
- To manage, control car system in company to ensure smoothly operation system as well as arrange schedule timely for all staffs and Japanese managers.
- To manage stationaries, uniforms and other office equipment to demand production plan on time.
- To implement other duties such as canteen, sanitation, security to ensure smoothly operation.
- To control issues related to locker, clinic.
- To submit monthly, quarterly report concerning to Administrative sector.
- Support other duties when is assigned.
Job requirement
a. Female, above 26 ages, graduated University.
b. Proficient of English both oral and writing (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing), can speak Japanese is prefer. Good at Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
c. At least 2 years experiences in administrative sectors in manufacturing company with size from 500 employees above (prefer to foreign company). (Note: Candidates are not enough experienced requirements, please not reply this adv).
d. Have good communication, negotiation skills; overview mind about job; ability in reduce cost and effective management.
e. Carefully, hard-working, patience, friendly attitude; work with highly responsibilities. Wish to work stable in our company.
