PR Executive

* Events management covering Opening seminars, shows, activation program, VIP welcome events
- Dealing with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements; Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets
- Agreeing to and managing a budget
- Ability to planning and managing entire event
- Coordinating staffing requirements and staff briefings
- Preparing delegate packs and papers
- Liaising with press and newspaper and other to promote the event
- Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand for the event and organizing the production of tickets, posters.
- Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
- Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).
  + Website management & e-marketing.
   + Community project.

Public Relation job:

- PR program management liaising with press, media owners, sniff out opportunities to publicize our business.
- Keep and build good relationship with local and national wide press and media.
- Remain stable company brand good name  
- Activation program.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduate from academic of journalism and communication (prefer) and other university
- Having at least 4 years work experience in PR/ Communication role of multinational company (background in media/press is preferable).
- Having excellent command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Having excellent skills in public speaking and presentation skills.
- Being highly presentable and having excellent people skills.
- Being creative and innovative and able to work independently under pressure.

Employee will have company'bus from Ha Noi to Bac Ninh
