Sales Staff - Hino Motors Vietnam

HINO MOTORS VIETNAM, LTD is the result of successful co-operation between Hino Motors, Ltd; Sumitomo Corporation and Vietnam Motor Industry Corporation, located at 83 Ngoc Hoi, Hoang Liet, Hoang Mai, Hanoi.

With the motto " HINO – the Global brand for All Customers" we are trying to get customers to the maximum benefit from the usage of HINO trucks or buses. At the same time, we are also trying our best efforts in studying to provide the products with high safety for drivers and passengers ride and other means of transportation, supplying the products that will bring the fresh and green environment for Vietnam and the global.

Job Description

  •  Build up good relationship with dealers: support dealers work effectively in sales, fairness transactions between dealers.

  • Make plan & sales target for Dealers under his charge: New contract target, wholesales, retail sales; coordinate with Dealers for reliable target; coordinate with Dealers to create annual plan & report to sale Manager.

  • Collect information: Market, demand, customer info, dealers’ activities, dealers’ internal matter, competitors’ info.

  • Monitor Dealers’ plan implementation

  • Inform Dealers company’s policies.

  • Receive & process Dealers’ proposals.

  • Support Dealers in Sales activities

  • Coordinate with other Department to complete tasks.

  • Implement report regime of department and company

  • Direct sales: Exploit market to sell directly to special customers that Dealers are incapable of following; Transfer customers to Dealers according to their regions.

  • Go to business following management’s command

  • Other jobs as per company assignment.

  • Follow the company rules and regulations.

Job Requirement

  •  Completion of University degree (Major in Automobile or Business management is an advantage)

  • Experience: having experience in sales is an advantage.

  • English: TOEIC 600 (at least)

  • Japanese: spoken ability is an advantage.

  • Good skill of analyzing and synthesis reports

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office, Internet

  • Good appearance, agility, good communication, independent, high sense of responsibility, carefulness, team work skill.
